It's a pleasent expierence. I told David that I wanted to check a noise in addition to a regular oil service. He was very nice to agree to arrange the technical staff to check. I told David that I wanted to check a noise in addition to a regular oil service. He was very nice to agree to arrange the technical staff to check. He was also very nice to inform me that if there was an issue it should be under warranty. When I waited I walked around in the show room to see all the beautiful new cars. I also enjoyed coffe in the waiting room. I also received messages updating with me the progress in the middle of the service . Everything works fine. Thank you very much! -Zuwei Ma More

I was disappointed in my last experience at the dealership. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. I also noticed that the prices have gone up. Nicole did give me a credit for the inconvenience which I appreciated. This was my first time back since the new ownership and I was not impressed. More
