over the top service I just bought a super cheap used car that I saw on craigslist from Street. I got the same service as someone who was buying a new car. David actuall I just bought a super cheap used car that I saw on craigslist from Street. I got the same service as someone who was buying a new car. David actually brought it to my job so I could test drive it. He patiently explained all the amenities the car came with along with services that the dealership provided. He went above and beyond in getting me all the information I needed to make a decision on buying. I certainly did not feel like a second class citizen for purchasing a used car as such a prestigious lot in fact the entire staff as this dealership is friendly and accommodating. After delivering some bad news he recommended us to David Ortiz and we could not have been in better hands. We decided to purchase a certified used vehicle and David, along with Shane, made the transaction painless and pleasant. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of and always felt they were there to help. The entire staff were very helpful and we could not be more pleased.
