David help us with a used car with the same attitude and attention as if we were buying a new one. On the test drive my wife noticed an issue, David agreed and said he would have it checked out. They found a problem and fixed it, WOW other used car guys have just told me it's as is or we will refer you to someone. This is how you build a loyal customer base make sure the customer has a car they will be happy with and my wife is. Before we picked it up a rain shower came through so David had it cleaned for us. It's all about the little details and great communication that really impressed me with David. My last 5 cars were purchased out of the Amarillo area. But now I know were I'm going for my next vehicle David Ortiz at Street VW where you get great service and great deals. Thanks again David More
