The purchase was pretty good… took a bit longer than expected. Nelson was very helpful. Don’t remember the finance guys name but he was helpful as well. Nelson was friendly and helpful… I’m not sure if I’d recommend Plaza Lincoln yet (if you had “maybe” I’d select that for recommendation - it depends on how well you service the vehicle — Initially I ask recommend Plaza Lincoln yet (if you had “maybe” I’d select that for recommendation - it depends on how well you service the vehicle — Initially I asked for Nelson who was off, “Scott” is who answered and he transferred me to the Service dept. and that was a “fast” busy signal so I ended up calling back and asking for the GM who is Tony Pagano. I spoke with Tony Pagano on May 15 ( around 10a). We spoke for a few mins and he told me he’d have the service dept contact me (shortly) and I never heard from anyone. I ended up having to call back, again the next day (May 16). Follow up is not good and that’s speaking with the GM. The service dept is very important and key in where I purchase my vehicle - I hope Plaza Lincoln has a good one?! More
