Check Engine light came on while driving. Called service Dept and Demario said bring the vehicle in right in now. He determined what the issue was and replaced the defective part. I am no longer sure they are completely everything I payed for. I asked service person questions and got some non specific answers. My Navigator is dripping oil which has never happened before. The purchase was pretty good… took a bit longer than expected. Nelson was very helpful. Don’t remember the finance guys name but he was helpful as well. Had some issues with my car about seven days afte expected. Nelson was very helpful. Don’t remember the finance guys name but he was helpful as well. Had some issues with my car about seven days after purchase and that’s where Plaza Lincoln started to have some service/consistency issues. BUT… they ended up coming thru with the Service Mgr (David) and Kim (service porter) who were both helpful. More

Nelson was friendly and helpful… I’m not sure if I’d recommend Plaza Lincoln yet (if you had “maybe” I’d select that for recommendation - it depends on how well you service the vehicle — Initially I ask recommend Plaza Lincoln yet (if you had “maybe” I’d select that for recommendation - it depends on how well you service the vehicle — Initially I asked for Nelson who was off, “Scott” is who answered and he transferred me to the Service dept. and that was a “fast” busy signal so I ended up calling back and asking for the GM who is Tony Pagano. I spoke with Tony Pagano on May 15 ( around 10a). We spoke for a few mins and he told me he’d have the service dept contact me (shortly) and I never heard from anyone. I ended up having to call back, again the next day (May 16). Follow up is not good and that’s speaking with the GM. The service dept is very important and key in where I purchase my vehicle - I hope Plaza Lincoln has a good one?! More
