Absolutely joke of a dealership. Purchased my car now 2 months ago to the day and since have had to drive on now expired Temp tags. When I called in upon expiration I was told it was a filing issue and nee months ago to the day and since have had to drive on now expired Temp tags. When I called in upon expiration I was told it was a filing issue and needed Further insurance information and was told I would have a solution and plates within a couple of days. Going on 2-3 weeks later I called in and wasn’t taken seriously at all, in fact I received 0 support. Was told again, a couple more days and that’s all the information they held at this time. Unfortunately this seems to be an on going issue with this dealership based on countless reviews I have read as of late. I understand things are backed up in times like these however I know others who have purchased a car since my DOP and have already received plates. Until further notice I’m disgusted with this Dealership and how they’ve handled this matter. More
