Communication was very poor, they did not do the job they were supposed to do. They seemed confused as to what needs to be done and I took the truck away from them and I took it to the dealership where I bou were supposed to do. They were able to get us in to evaluate our vehicle in a fast manner and offered us free rental while our car was being evaluated and repaired. The facility was clean, organized and run efficiently. I had an appointment at 7am. I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I called the day at 10am to get the status of my vehicle, I was told my vehicle had not been looked at and I dropped my vehicle off the night before. I called the day at 10am to get the status of my vehicle, I was told my vehicle had not been looked at and was next. I call again at 1:45, vehicle was still not looked at. Called again at 3:45 vehicle was in the process of being looked at. It's unacceptable to have an appointment and not have your vehicle looked at until 8.5 hours later. Since it was so late, I then had to be put in a rental vehicle. I had to leave work early to get to the dealership to pick up the rental since I could only pick it up until 5pm. If my vehicle wasn't going to get looked at around appointment time, there's no point in an appointment. This is no reflection of the service advisor as I know it wasn't his fault, he was very informative and helpful. More
