I was asked to work with a different salesperson who was assisting a friend of mine, but I got David when I asked for my own salesperson. I didn't want to jockey for time with one person helping two different people who wanted different cars. This is not to say that the other person would not have done a good job, but it would have taken a long time to get finished and possibly been chaotic. I am very satisfied with my experience. More

Went to Hyundai of Central Florida last Wednesday to look at the Santa Cruz, no intentions of buying a vehicle that day. They had one that was an ideal fit for me and close to my price range so I bought it. at the Santa Cruz, no intentions of buying a vehicle that day. The salesman and I cleaned out my car but I forgot about a pouch with my gift cards in it that was under the driver floor mat. It was Saturday before I remembered them (horrible to be 84). So I went back to dealership and explained what happened. Salesman went and checked the car, not there and no one had turned them in. I called Monday morning and talked to the manager, Mike, told him what happened. He was very uncaring about the situation, attitude was I was a bother to him, they made a sell and that’s it.. I had to beg him to at least talk to the guy that detailed the car. I called early Monday morning and it is now 1:30 Tuesday, haven’t heard from him. The pouch should have been turned into the front office. If Mike is ok with a thief working for him, so be it. More
