Very pleasant, helpful to explain operation about car, made us very comfortable offering coffee and snacks while waiting for deal, satisfied with deal, did the permanent registration for our out of state made us very comfortable offering coffee and snacks while waiting for deal, satisfied with deal, did the permanent registration for our out of state registration, showroom and bathrooms very clean , sales people so professional, had special people from different departments explaining operations in car, or anything to do with auto, went on a test drive , filled our new car with gas, Bobby Car happened to be our sales rep. and his office was so.clean no stacks of papers on the desk but rather everything prior put away his personal appearance looked like he was a professional male model, just over the top, I had to mention that, David Fishburn also is to be commended for his earnest work he did in this deal going the extra mile, I could go on and on about our experience in this deal but i’ll era it up saying we will be happy to brag about our deal at BMW Sarasota More

The dealership gave me my car after I flew from Out of state, but they did not have possession of a title for the car so now I’m stuck with a car that it unregistered and uninsured. This is no mistake on state, but they did not have possession of a title for the car so now I’m stuck with a car that it unregistered and uninsured. This is no mistake on my part, the dealership failed to obtain the title prior to delivering the vehicle. I can’t drive my car and have no other means of transportation to and from work because of this major mistake on the dealerships part. They seem satisfied with making a quick sale and getting my 30k deposit, making a commission off of a 100k+ sale, which is now costing me more because I’m paying for a car I cannot drive and now have to pay for separate transportation to and from work. The worst part is that I’ve left multiple messages to speak to a supervisor and have yet to hear from anyone. I understand that mistakes happen, but to sell a car to someone knowing that they wouldn’t be able to register it, insure it, or drive it because a title hasn’t been obtained yet and to not attempt to make up for that clear hardship that is no fault other than the dealerships is clearly a major red flag as far as where their intentions are. They refuse to take ownership of their mistake or even try to lessen the financial burden, refusing to see if a bmw dealership in my state could give me a loaner until they obtained the title from the bank. Even their own title and leasing department are at a loss for words when I’ve repeatedly called desperately looking for a way to expedite the process to obtain the title because I am without means of transportation. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership. They are clearly just looking to make a quick commission on a big sale, and disregarding how their lack of professionalism and preparation affects their customers. The worst part for me is that if they took ownership of their mistake and at least paid for a rental or a loaner, I wouldn’t have to pay double between rentals and Ubers for $100,000 car that’s sitting in my driveway. Absolutely terrible experience, probably the worst experience at any dealership I’ve been to. I expected BMW to have a higher standard when it came to customer service, but now I wish I had gone elsewhere for my car. More

We have been wait for a couple of weeks for a followup with a deliver issue. The sales manager never returns phone calls. The entire back end of our new X6 was covered with dried bugs from the deliver tra with a deliver issue. The sales manager never returns phone calls. The entire back end of our new X6 was covered with dried bugs from the deliver transporter. Apparently, our 2024 X6 was placed on the top rack with its rear facing forward and first on the rack. Your new car prep people are a FAILURE in my opinion. They also left several scratches in the trim pieces. Sales person thinks that customers have nothing else to do in their lives but run back and forth to the dealer that should have taken care of ALL of these things BEFORE delivery ... More
