Osman was excellent. I did not, however, like the high pressure sales by the closing manager for the warranties. (At least it felt high pressure to me.) He was not open t I did not, however, like the high pressure sales by the closing manager for the warranties. (At least it felt high pressure to me.) He was not open to listening to my point of view and in fact, totally missed my point as I started to explain my reasoning for not generally being interested in extended warranties. He even seemed kind of offended. From then on, we just signed the required documents. In the future, I will always ask the dealer to send me all warranties that will be offered at closing and the costs. If that is unacceptable, I’ll move on. It sours what was otherwise a positive experience. In the end, I still really like the dealership, the car, and our salesperson, Osman. Thank you for listening to my feedback. More

Found a car on line that they had on their lot, met with a sales representative after a phone call and we were able to agree on a price. No pressure and was a win win for both parties. They offered to have someone dropped them off at my house, but I'll return for more "genius" training and pick them up then. More
