True to my word, 1. 5 years later, attempted to do business with Royal Moore again. Manager Dave states that KBB values are incorrect and thus they will not honor Instant 5 years later, attempted to do business with Royal Moore again. Manager Dave states that KBB values are incorrect and thus they will not honor Instant Cash offers. Not for all cars, he couldn't say if a Ford Focus or what have you is incorrect, just the specific car I was trying to sell was 'over valued' somehow. States that they're breaking their relationship with KBB, but still have their tool on the website? He didn't start arguing with the appraisal until he saw I had a different number in hand, and then wouldn't explain where his numbers came from in any way. Does he not know what a car is worth, or can he just not explain it? Constant interruptions, wanting to 'steer' me toward or away from particular vehicles, absolute refusals to discuss particulars of my appraisal, or to give me information about used cars I Did want to see. The instant he realized I didn't want to buy new he had no further help to offer and sent me up the road. Great to buy a new car from, absolutely do not recommend otherwise. I am disappointed with manager Dave's lies and WILL be following up with Toyota about this. More

Puts politics over customer experience and safety. George in maintenance refused to put on a mask after I notified him that the mandate was still in effect. I shared that my wife died because people were not taking the COVID pandemic seriously. George tried to start an argument with me and extended a 1.5 hour appointment to 3 hours. Left a voicemail for David, manager, about Geroge's tantrum and I have not heard back. They seem to allow their personal politics to disrupt their ability to follow the law and even care about their customers. I will be fully utilizing the remaining services I have paid for, but will be purchasing future vehicles from another dealership and possibly a different manufacturer. 33 and will likely need a work truck for the farm, a larger vehicle for transporting groups of people, and will definitely replace my rav4 with an all electric version after existing coverage/warranties expire. Staff succumbing to what is looking to be a treasonous political movement have most definitely lost the dealership ~150k in sales. I am a non-affiliated/independent politically and just want to not be messed with when receiving services that I paid for. I will be advising friends, family, and co-workers who are looking for a car to avoid royal moore and reconsider Toyota as a whole. More

Huge shout out to this dealership for not only correcting and making right a bad experience but going way above and beyond to make my wife and I feel like family. From day one, Jessica treated us correcting and making right a bad experience but going way above and beyond to make my wife and I feel like family. From day one, Jessica treated us with respect and care. She was easy to talk to and was always professional and polite. It was obvious that she truly cared about us and wanted our experience to be memorable and rewarding. I think she was just as excited as we were when we finally received our new Sienna! :) Also, a huge thank you to general manager David Denney. He handled our situation with respect and concern. He honored a previous agreement made by the general manager before him and made us feel appreciated as a customer. I truly believe Royal Moore Toyota is in good hands now! :) The day we arrived at the dealership to pick up our new van we were immediately met by Jordan who came in on his day off to help coordinate and assist our purchase. This was the first time in my life buying a car where I felt relaxed and at peace with it. Jordan was funny, polite and very knowledgable. Finally, the last step in our buying process was signing paperwork with Patrick. He, too, made us feel comfortable. He explained everything to us and had a "father" figure deamenor and was very professional. Lastly, my wife and I can't express our thanks and gratitude enough. There were many times throughout this past year that the dealership could have treated us differently and worry about making more money than doing what was right. There are many dealerships our there right now that only care about making money. Royal Moore Toyota is definitely NOT one of them. They care about their customers and care about doing what is right! More

Dave Denney reached out to me after I experienced some frustration with my vehicle purchase. He listened to my concerns and had a genuine interest in ensuring that my issues were resolved in a manner com frustration with my vehicle purchase. He listened to my concerns and had a genuine interest in ensuring that my issues were resolved in a manner completely to my liking. After thinking I wanted to return the car, his helpfulness had me resting assured that all was fine and I would be taken care of. Emily in the service department was super responsive as well. When I called Royal Moore, she was awesome and kind in listening, and explaining the process my vehicle went through prior to being offered for sale. And a shout out to Alejandro in Sales. He was easy to work with and made our buying process a breeze. More
