I’ve been to different dealership but Rockland Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram is the worst dealership . The service department is terrible. Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Chrysler CDJR were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. I came in with a serious issue From the moment I walked in, the staff at Chrysler CDJR were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. I came in with a serious issue with my car, and instead of offering support, they immediately blamed me for everything and made no effort to help—not even for a second. I left feeling angry and disrespected. Thankfully, I went to Brooklyn CDJR and the difference was night and day—they were friendly, listened to me, and fixed the issue under warranty without a problem. I’ll never go back to the first location again. More
