My BMW Experience started in 2001, and what a ride it's been. The Product has only improved, and the Technology has just gotten more advanced and seamless. I grew up in Northern Virginia and currently reside there with my Wife, 9-Year-old Son, and our two Dogs and one Cat. I'm an avid runner and BMW motorcycle enthusiast. My Favorite car was my 2004 BMW E46 ZHP Package which also saved my life!

I give BMW of Silver Spring and David Davila in Sales my highest personal recommendations. I devoted a significant amount of time researching autos to purchase and dealers to use. Both of the above were am highest personal recommendations. I devoted a significant amount of time researching autos to purchase and dealers to use. Both of the above were among the best I found. I was uncertain about purchasing a BMW but after a test drive and multiple conversational interactions with David, I knew I wanted the car I purchased. I was treated with respect, given all the time I required, never pressured and always a positive learning experience. My deal was a win-win for both BMW Silver Spring and myself. It was comfortably easy to engage and conclude even with having a special order vehicle. There are not enough positives to say about Mr. David Davila. He is a consummate professional in every possible way including post delivery. David is deeply committed to the follow-up and follow-thru post sales experience of his clients. Since my car was delivered, he has given over a half day of personal time in educating and explaining the details and nuances of my vehicle. A BMW is a high end quality auto purchase. BMW of Silver Spring and David Davila exemplify what outstanding auto sales professionalism is and they exceed their own standards. By the way, this applies to everyone there from the ladies who greet you to “Mr. C” in parts who assists in personalization of orders on specialized tires all the way thru to the G.M. who does legwork when others are occupied with clients. Consumer Reports named BMW the top overall brand for safety and overall auto driving experience. The people at BMW Silver Spring create that into reality. More

After two disappointing BMW experiences in my area 3 hours away, my brother recommended Silver Spring BMW—where his neighbor had a great experience. I’m so glad he did. The first dealership I visited refused to let me test drive the X5 M or compare it to the 40e model and wouldn’t even order the car with the features I wanted. The second dealership kept us waiting over three hours to deliver a car that, we later found out, had a “Stop Sale” and then tried to pressure us into purchasing over $25,000 in nonrefundable warranties. Then, I found David Davila, and he completely changed my view of car buying—especially as a female buyer. He truly listened, worked after hours on a Saturday, and found an X5 in production with the exact features I wanted. Within 45 minutes, he had everything—including financing—handled electronically. On Monday, he ensured I could track the vehicle through the BMW app. On Tuesday, he texted me on his way to work to let me know he would be checking on delivery time. Because I’m flying in for delivery, David went the extra mile to coordinate everything in advance—managers, financing, service—so there are no delays. He even came in on his day off to make sure I had my car for vacation, saying, “It was easier for me to give up some of my time than delay your vacation.” The financing rep we spoke with was transparent, low-pressure, and broke everything down clearly, with no push for unnecessary add-ons. If you’re looking for a truly personalized experience, I highly recommend Silver Spring BMW and David Davila. More

I recently purchased my dream car, a 2025 430i xDrive Coupe, from BMW of Silver Spring. For the past 2-3 weeks, I have been relying on a car rental service for transportation for my household. My goal was to be in possession of my dream car by 11/22/2024. From the moment, I requested a quote for my dream car, my Client Advisor, David Davila, went above and beyond to find my dream car before my 11/22/2024 deadline. David went above and beyond by broadening his search efforts and received the blessing from a BMW dealership in Missouri who had my dream car with the exterior color, interior upholstery color, trim, and features/options I wanted my car to have. David was able to give me an extremely better, good faith offer than another BMW dealership in Maryland offered to me. The other BMW dealership’s good faith offer was significantly higher. David honored the fact that I requested for an offer via Edmunds. David was able to find and secure my dream vehicle and have it in Maryland by 11/7/2024, opposed to another BMW dealership in Maryland who found me another vehicle that was being shipped out of New Jersey, which meant that vehicle would have been in Maryland after 11/7/2024. David informed me of BMW’s military incentive, where as the other BMW dealership never mentioned this incentive to me. David informed me of BMW’s incentive where if anyone in my household currently owned a BMW, I could receive an incentive for that as well. The other BMW dealership never mentioned that incentive to me. David Davila gave me real time updates throughout the entire process while we were waiting for my dream vehicle to clear customs at the Port of Baltimore and the In-Transit Process by the Carrier. Finance Department employee, Pedro, was very thorough and informed me of great warranty’s and protection plans/coverages for my vehicle. Also, Pedro was very thorough in providing me with a few ways I could choose to finance my dream car. Finally, Amit, Product Specialist, gave me an extremely, thoroughly and detailed training session in setting up my BMW app, syncing the app with my dream car, how to use all of the features in my car. As a first time, BMW buyer and beyond pleased with the extremely high level of professionalism and customer service that I received from BMW of Silver Silver Spring and the Team members that I mentioned in this review throughout my entire experience in purchasing my dream car! People there go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, and when we finally found the perfect car they had it shipped in the next day from several states away (my guess .. it was in South Carolina).
