Since this dealership is the closest to me, I have been going there for years when I need it. But I can't say that I am very happy. Whenever I call the service on the phone, it is very difficult to find so going there for years when I need it. But I can't say that I am very happy. Despite trying to reach me many times, I could not get an answer and when I called the Miami dealership, it was both pleasing and sad to find the answer on my first call. Sometimes I research my own question, find it and solve it myself. A customer service quality that I cannot associate with the Audi brand and quality. Maybe this dissatisfaction is due to the friendly and solution-oriented service that I received at the Audi service in Europe and that I am used to. Here, the customer is seen as a job that only needs to be solved and sent off. In Europe, where this brand was born, the customer is seen as a person to thank for choosing their brand and we leave the dealership feeling special and happy in the face of the service we receive.
