My son wanted to buy his very first pickup truck, so I texted Zachary Ott, and told him he would be coming in to look at trucks, and to take care of him. Zachary was the best. Mo was great to deal with! My wife and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The only downfalls were that the truck was supposed to have been clean My wife and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The only downfalls were that the truck was supposed to have been cleaned up while we were doing all of the paperwork and it wasn’t. The interior was still very dirty. We also had to come back in to meet with finance a second time, and when we did the person we were supposed to meet with looked at my wife and I and rudely asked “who are you?” More

Zachary Ott my salesperson went above and beyond to get me in the truck I wanted, even staying after the dealership closed for the night to get the paperwork done. And the City Ford Service and Parts Depar me in the truck I wanted, even staying after the dealership closed for the night to get the paperwork done. And the City Ford Service and Parts Department fit my Ford Maverick in, in just 1 day and completed the work the same day adding a 2 inch Rough Country Lift new rims and bigger off-road tires. I could not be happier with their work. Thanks again to Zachary Ott for coordinating it all and making my experience buying my truck at City Ford a great one!! More

We purchased a truck from City Chevrolet, our salesperson was Joe. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found exact color and style we were looking for.
