I wish I could give less than 1 star. I visited several Jeep dealerships before purchasing my son’s Jeep here this past year. The sales team was exceptional and knowledgeable. They even helped me drive the Jeep dealerships before purchasing my son’s Jeep here this past year. The sales team was exceptional and knowledgeable. They even helped me drive the Jeep 40 minutes back to my home to help surprise my son. I had a great experience with the Sales team. I had the exact opposite experience with service. My son visited the service department as scheduled in order to have several issues repaired. First the department demanded we pay ahead of time for parts (including a $15 speaker part) that they didn’t have in stock. I asked to speak with the service manager while my son was there and explained in all the cars I’ve purchased over the years, I have never been asked to purchase parts prior to Their installation. They were condescending and rude. After promising they’d call when all parts were in then they called us when one of 3 parts was in to ask us to drive the 45 minutes to come get it. When we again asked to be notified when all parts were in, the guy took our information again and called back a few days later. After all the back and forth, they fixed the back speaker which was not broken and left the speaker in the front completely broken. Horrible customer service. I won’t be using them in the future for our next Jeep or any service More

Upgrades This week, I had a new top installed and windows, replacement seat belt straps (thanks to my Lab puppy), new Fog lights installed, and a new indicator This week, I had a new top installed and windows, replacement seat belt straps (thanks to my Lab puppy), new Fog lights installed, and a new indicator installed. They also adjust my new headlights I installed which were positioned too high. The associates were great and knew the solutions to the challenges a new top carries with it along with a defective indicator they replaced. Great job!! More
