They delivered the car and spent an evening making sure that she understood how to operate all the new technology that she wasn't used to. Out of all of our vehicle buying experiences, this one by far, out does them all. He is knowledgeable and patient, which is worth it's weight in gold. The whole process couldn't have been easier.
