From the beginning it was horrible communication, horrible Follow up, lack of clarity about the whole process. I kept getting stuck between Nissan NA and the dealership and I know this repair fell un horrible Follow up, lack of clarity about the whole process. I kept getting stuck between Nissan NA and the dealership and I know this repair fell under “Goodwill” but it doesn’t mean I have to get treated like a second rate customer asking for a handout or I should be treated less than because Nissan made a crappy transmission. I kept getting reminded to basically not complain because it was “free”. Well I’ve owned many Nissans in my life and from now on I’ll never own one again. I’m selling both my vehicles immediately. And I’m sure no one gives a crap but 4+ weeks without a vehicle is a ridiculous process . Never ever will I own another Nissan More

David is a good guy. But, the dealership sold me a brand new 2025 Nissan Versa with 2 bad back tires. From day 1 I had to fill the left rear tire every morning. Right But, the dealership sold me a brand new 2025 Nissan Versa with 2 bad back tires. From day 1 I had to fill the left rear tire every morning. Right tire did the same thing but they found a nail towards the end of the tread and say it's unfixable. The sales people said they would take care of me, but I was told I the tire cost was 168. The car is only 7 months old. The sales department doesn't know what I qualify for but I had all these supposed benefits. Gap, insurance, etc . With all the power and money the dealer has I wish they just would have put a new tire on the right rear. The tires were defective from the beginning the two rear tire's always leaked when the temperature drops. Never had any problems with the 2 front tires...My dad had a repair shop we repaired tires like mine. I feel the dealer should replace the tire because it was bad from the beginning. Told AJ they never called me back. More

I was ignored when I got out of my car in the service bay. Some guy was too busy on his computer to help me. After a good 7 minutes he didn’t look at me but said “if you want help you should go in there” bay. Some guy was too busy on his computer to help me. Finally after 10 minutes of nothing the service manger happened to be walking by and had ti help me. He was cool but so swamped himself, it was hard for him to efficient. More
