I have spent considerable time in the restaurant industry (1983-1997) and the fitness industry (1997-2019) before coming to the auto industry in 2018. I have been at Sam Pack's Five Ford since July 2019. I can say that us receiving D Magazine's "Best Places to Work" really is a reflection upon all of the happy clients we have and the team atmosphere we have here. It makes working for this company and for Trey Russell at this store nothing short of a blessing and a truly fantastic experience which people really notice when they are here whether for the first time or for the many times they have been here! I take pride in providing each client in out store with the absolute best car buying experience possible to ensure that they want to come back to us and send other folks to us.

I honestly think Five Star Ford of Carrollton should consider renaming themselves Six Star Ford—that’s the level of service I experienced during my recent purchase. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. My sales representative, David Baldovin, truly went above and beyond. He provided honest guidance throughout the negotiation process and never made me feel pressured. What stood out even more is that he had already earned my trust beforehand by treating my daughter so well when she bought her first car from him. While I understand this is a business and sales are their livelihood, it was clear that customer satisfaction—and more importantly, long-term loyalty—meant more to David than simply maximizing profit on a single deal. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Five Star Ford of Carrollton a call. They may take a little more time to finalize everything, but that extra care and attention make all the difference. More

Great dealership and great people! Just bought a truck before leaving town the next day. I forgot to bring the paperwork with me to wire the funds and didn't realize it until I was a Just bought a truck before leaving town the next day. I forgot to bring the paperwork with me to wire the funds and didn't realize it until I was already seated with a Banker. Even though they were both with customers, my Salesperson, David Baldovin, and the Finance guy, Luis Gonzalez were able to pull my file and text me wiring instructions in a matter of minutes! Thanks Guys! I will be recommending Sam Pack's to everyone I know! More
