Would not purchase from this dealership again. Dealer sold $40K car with an almost empty tank of gas and would not fill up with gas. Car only had one key FOB so they ordered another after i had to Dealer sold $40K car with an almost empty tank of gas and would not fill up with gas. Car only had one key FOB so they ordered another after i had to call and ask for it then told me to come have it programmed to the car so I said I would come the next day after work. When I showed up they said they couldn’t do it because there wasn’t enough time that I would have to schedule another appointment and drive all the way there again. They didn’t offer to keep It overnight to save me a trip and give me a loaner Or anything. When asked about any purchase incentives like just a free oil change or anything at all they refused as well as even a half of a tank of gas. I am 79 yrs old that is the least they could’ve done and they knew I was just in a bad car wreck that totaled my car was the reason I was buying the car. The customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with buying a new car and I wish I would’ve spent my $40K somewhere else. Absolutely non caring or compassionate. My family has purchased other vehicles from different Rusty Wallace dealerships and had wonderful experiences. I definitely would not recommend this one though mainly based on the customer service and it seems they definitely only care about the sale $. More
