I have been coming to Jessup for regular maintenance and always receive nice service but this visit was exceptional. I had to tow my Yukon to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. and immediately David wa always receive nice service but this visit was exceptional. I had to tow my Yukon to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. and immediately David was outside helping us get the car parked and getting a diagnostic. He assured me what ever the problem was they would fix it. He checked my manufacturer warranty and told me the warranty was still in effect. He also looked up my pre paid service and told me I still had an oil change. He said he would reach out to me that Monday to tell me what was wrong. Monday came and David called me to tell me my car needed a new engine, that the warranty covered it, they had already ordered the parts and that it would take about a week for the parts to come and a few days to put it all in. When I asked for a rental without hesitation David got me an uber to Hertz and Hertz took good care of me. David was quick to respond via text or phone call during the process. And as promised my car was ready in short of two weeks. The entire process was smooth and I’m so glad David was my supervisor through it all. He really gave me the most excellent service I’ve had thus far. Friendly, understanding and informative, I will be requesting him every time I come to Jessup. More
