Anderson was a great help, but Cesar in sales denied me a new battery when purchasing the vehicle. I explained the vehicle needed a new battery, and I was told no. About a month later the battery died, and I new battery when purchasing the vehicle. I explained the vehicle needed a new battery, and I was told no. About a month later the battery died, and I had to lose hours at work, and purchased a new battery. Makes me wonder what other corners are being cut. More

I never met my service advisor. He was always with other customers so I dealt with other advisors. Which was fine. However, I was told the oil change would take 2 hours so I waited He was always with other customers so I dealt with other advisors. Which was fine. However, I was told the oil change would take 2 hours so I waited at the dealer. The car took over 3 hours and wasn’t washed. There were grease prints all over from the techs. The dealer has you make appointments but doesn’t honor them. People were dropping off their vehicles at 8 AM for 11 o’clock appointments and were done before I was. They need better management to ensure cars are seen in the order they have appointments. More

After forgetting to install a paid part, I returned my car and it was serviced immediately. Although it was a big inconvenience, the service department fixed the issue in a short amount of time. I even go car and it was serviced immediately. Although it was a big inconvenience, the service department fixed the issue in a short amount of time. I even got a free donut. Thank You Dave More
