The quality of the work is fine but this place just never calls you back nor do they pick up their phone. The condition that my car came back (after a $7200 engine replacement) was unacceptable-it is co calls you back nor do they pick up their phone. The condition that my car came back (after a $7200 engine replacement) was unacceptable-it is covered with tree sap and the Service Manager still is not calling me back to rectify the situation (I.e., take the sap off). I have left 4-5 messages, the last one begging him to call me. NO RESPONSE!! I have had it with Koons Ford of Annapolis. More

Brandon did a great job with showing the vehicle and keeping in touch. However, there was a bit of confusion regarding what I owed, because they forgot to add in the extended warranty.
