Pleasant and positive experience I was not really looking for a different vehicle, but I stumbled on a late model Highlander while perusing dealer websites one evening. Luke was the I was not really looking for a different vehicle, but I stumbled on a late model Highlander while perusing dealer websites one evening. Luke was the rep. who connected with me to follow up on my inquiry and to answer questions about the vehicle I might have. Luke was awesome to work with. He was friendly, patient, kind and respectful of my time and my perspective on researching this particular vehicle. It took the better part of a week to work through negotiations and to reach a final decision on purchasing the Highlander. Luke remained in touch during this time to answer any questions and to work with me on a deal that I felt was fair. When I finalized the purchase and I went back to Corwin to take possession of the vehicle, Luke made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire experience, that any concerns I had about the vehicle were addressed, and he remained attentive all the way until I drove out of the Corwin lot in my new vehicle. Luke helped make the entire experience positive and pleasant. He is a great asset to the Corwin organization. I left a happy 'first-time' Corwin customer. More

Friendly, helpful, patient, kind and not pushy which I really appreciated. Trent in financing was also nice, but I thought the document preparation fee of $299 was excessively high.
