So believe me when I say I've purchased from a large number of Chevrolet dealers for over 40 years. Imperial is by far, the best dealership we've ever encountered. They are the epitome of a new car dealership. I thought I'd seen everything from a car dealer. Imperial Chevrolet is so unique and professional thatmthey literally 'shocked' us with their service. We came in to lease two new vehicles. This was to our first lease agreement but decided that our age, we didn't want to worry about breakdowns or auto repairs anymore. Dave, "Cappy" met with us at 8:30 in the morning, we explained what we were looking for and he spent the next two hours showing us cars and helping us narrow down our selection. We then met the finance manager and submitted our application and in under 4 hours since we walked into the showroom we had completed our transaction. We found the entire staff to be kind, friendly, helpful, professional. I hate the negotiation process, but it was a simple process at Imperial Chevrolet. Sure, there were snags, but the Imperial staff handled everything for us professionally and with great dignity. They are the kind of car company you would enjoy purchasing automobiles for the rest of your car-owning life. They took care of us and they will take care of you. Thank you Dave, Thank you Jason and all of Imperial Staff for your patience, your kindness and especially your professionalism. I really hated parting with our 2001 Monte Carlo and our 2009 HHR, but today we happily have a 2015 Impala and a 2015 Traverse which are just excellent automobiles. I encourage everyone considering a new car or truck to just give "Cappy" a call and tell them Darrell sent ya! More

When it came down to the price of the vehicle he worked with the sales manager and us to close the deal! Imperial's Finace department was just as good. We were in and out of there, driving our new Tahoe within 2 hours. I would recommmend this Dealership to all. More

Dave, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable of the Silverado trucks and quickly pointed out the trucks on the lot that would meet my needs for space, towing, and fuel economy. Armand in finance worked with us to get a great interest rate and even called specific lending institutions at our request which resulted in an even lower interest rate. Overall a great experience, which is why this is the 5th vehicle I purchase there. More

Yes, Dave put a "cap" on our desire to buy anything else! Now the proud owners of a 2014 Chevy Equinox AWD 2LT, we hope it lives as long and beautifully as our previous car (with almost 210,000 miles!).
