I am Dave Bennett, the Used Vehicle Sales Manager. I have been in the automotive industry since 1989. For the first 10 years, I sold vehicles. After that, I was a Finance Manager for 5 years. In 2004, I became a Used Car Manager. When coming to Serra Ford in 2010, I started as an Assistant Manager. 2017 was when I was awarded the role of Used Car Manager.

The moment you walk through the doors, Nick Dyer greeted us with an infectious smile. The dealership is beautiful, updated & has an amazing waiting area with great coffee & a big screen TV. They made the process as least painful and where honest, straight forward on best they can do for financing. I am a Lease customer. Scheduled service for body repair, took a month to get an opening. No rental was offered and when I called to inquire no one, out of five contacts ha Scheduled service for body repair, took a month to get an opening. No rental was offered and when I called to inquire no one, out of five contacts has gotten back to me. Serra Ford is too big to care. Don't go here and expect anything but the run around. Horrible way to do business. More
