Excellent experience After having a disaster of a time at another dealership Adam was a breath of fresh air, easy to work with and very accommodating. I told him then that I would not be making a decision for a little while. He respected my decision, gave me all the information that I would need and let me go unhindered. I didn't receive any annoying phone calls, emails, or texts. I came back in almost 6 months later. Adam recognized me, and helped me with the most smooth and pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. Excellent buying experience, top notch dealer. Heather Ramos, Ken Hicks, and the rest of the Mazda sales team were very helpful in making this process as pleasant as possible. Fred Cook, the myste Heather Ramos, Ken Hicks, and the rest of the Mazda sales team were very helpful in making this process as pleasant as possible. Fred Cook, the mystery man behind the customer loyalty registration request and business manager, was very helpful and answered all of my financing and warranty questions and was thankful for his attention to details. Unlike other dealers, I found the whole team to be honest and upfront. Thank-you to Adam Dean & Cody Stone for the test drive and the ability to test out some of the safety features in the vehicle while on the road was well worth it. I really enjoyed having the Nav system direct me to my home address when I turned out of your lot. Ken had programmed it as part of going over the systems at delivery but I had forgot it was set to go there until it started speaking to me. Only issue I had which was understandable was that they couldn't come down on the pricing for the 2016 Mazda CX-5 as they are the newest and most popular product they have. More

Great experience My wife and I came to colonial Mazda for a second time to upgrade from our cx7 to our cx9. We met with Heather at first since we saw the vehicle of in My wife and I came to colonial Mazda for a second time to upgrade from our cx7 to our cx9. We met with Heather at first since we saw the vehicle of interest online, she then pointed us in the right direction to Adam. From the start Adam was easy going, made us feel comfortable and listened to what we wanted. The test drive was the most eventful and exciting I've ever been in. We were first to arrive at a motorcycle accident on Federal Rd, Adam sprung into action immediately running to one of the victims, while I ran to the other victim to lift the motorcycle off him. We stayed for awhile providing first aid and traffic control until authorities arrived and didn't need our help anymore. From that point on we new Adam was no joke and he delivered our car to us quick and had everything we asked for done to the car. The manager Dave Adams was also a major help in this whole delivery, by making sure we were well taken care of and making sure we were getting exactly what we asked for. More

Never have steered away from Mazda!! :) Saw an ad for the new 2016 CX5 while surfing the web and instantly fell in love. Never second guessed to go to any other dealer other than Colonial Ma Saw an ad for the new 2016 CX5 while surfing the web and instantly fell in love. Never second guessed to go to any other dealer other than Colonial Mazda as I have gained such comfort and trust for the past 7 years as a Mazda owner. Adam Dean sold me my 2014 CX5 about a year ago and was pleased with his service as he did everything in his power to make sure I was a happy camper. So to no surprise I requested to see Adam once again to discuss the 2016 CX5 and again have nothing but good things to say about Adam! His top priority was to see me walk out with brand new keys in my hand with a big smile on my face!! Thanks again to Adam for everything! A big thanks to the manager Dave as well! Great working with you both! Fernando thinks so too :) ha! Highly recommend Colonial Mazda and Adam of course! More

Great Experiance My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle with a 3rd row seat for over a year now without even thinking about going to Mazda. Finally with two My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle with a 3rd row seat for over a year now without even thinking about going to Mazda. Finally with two big car seats in my Subaru that had a trunk that fit nothing we took a ride on a Sunday and drove into Colonial Mazda's dealership and instantly fell in love with the Mazda CX9. My husband met with Adam Dean who went above and beyond to get my family in that car taking our budget into account and gave us a payment option that fit in our lives. We have owned many cars and we have never experienced the kind of amazing service like we did at Mazda with Adam. I recommend Adam and Mazda to anyone looking for a new car and a great car shopping experience. My husband and I are customers for life now. More

Let's start with the quality of the cars all the way through to the service. Always know that when I call I will be treated better than family, and I've seen this happen with everyone I see there, and my questions/concerns are always answered/addressed. David Adam and Adam Dean worked with me for almost six months through indecision's, tough times and most recently a car accident. They never once lost patience with me and I drove away with my new CX-5 this evening. Happy as can be! Can't wait until my son gets his license so we can go shopping again, at MAZDA.
