I never felt pressured and he answered all our questions honestly and with a smile. By the time we left with our new car I felt like we have been friends with Daryl for a long time. I was very impressed with the service waiting room and how they all make sure everyone is comfortable as they wait for the completion of their service. I felt like everyone there made a point to smile and greet you as you walked through the halls. We definitely will consider buying another Lexus in the future and plan on working with Daryl Williams again. More
