I looked up the top Lexus dealerships in my state and I am so happy I found Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Purchasing my 2018 RX 350 was a great experience. Daryl Williams was very knowledgable and helpful and worked with my time schedule to expedite the delivery of the vehicle. The dealership has a wonderful waiting area with TV's water, soft drinks, coffee, tea and snacks. In a nutshell, I couldn't be happier that I drove 150 miles to this dealership to purchase my new car. More

Best car buying experience ever ! We came all the way from Orlando to buy our new Lexus RX350 through the CostCo program at Wilde Lexus. We told Daryl Williams what we wanted in an ema We came all the way from Orlando to buy our new Lexus RX350 through the CostCo program at Wilde Lexus. We told Daryl Williams what we wanted in an email, he sent us the price and Kelly Blue Book trade in estimate for our RX450h. It was a fair deal (and much cheaper than the Orlando area Lexus dealers), so we drove down to Sarasota, wrote a check, and drove home in our new car. No high pressure sales, just world class customer service. Frank Austin handled the financial transaction very efficiently. Kenny Turner explained our new car to us in succinct and thorough terms. This is a great team. We would buy a car from them again in a heartbeat. More

The Easiest Experience! I inquired via Internet about the Lexus NX 300 F Sport and was contacted by Daryl. I took a couple weeks to think about it & when we agreed on a price I scheduled an appointment to do the paperwork. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Daryl who had everything ready & he introduced me to Brittany in the service department for my future needs. I then met with Frank in finance who answered any questions I had. The final touch was Peter who hooked my phone up to the cars bluetooth, preset my favorite radio stations, and walked me through some of the features of my new vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour! It was the best car purchasing/leasing experience I’ve ever had! More

I visited the dealership twice before buying the car and each time I didn't feel any pressure to purchase, which is a bit different than my previous experience. Each person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and they each took the time to answer all of my questions as well as addressed my concerns. On the day of purchase John Webb assisted as Greg Brock who is a super nice guy was already assisting another customer. John made the entire sales process very easy, again nothing like I have experienced in the past. It is now almost two weeks since I have had my car and John has reached out to see how everything is going and even reminded me about a couple of services that I need to bring the car back in for. I also had to call him on his day off in regards to a tire issue and he took the time to provide instructions on the steps needed to get the issue resolved. He could have easily instructed me to call someone who was actually working but he took the time to help which goes a long way in my book. More

A Pleasure Doing Business with the Wilde Lexus Sarasota! Daryl Williams in internet sales was a pleasure to deal with. He was upfront, honest and polite every step of the way. He replied to my request for information immediately and after our first negotiations did not cumulate in a deal he followed up later to see if I had purchased a vehicle. When I replied negative, we resumed negotiations and later was able to make the deal that I was satisfied with. As this was a lease the financial manager, Chuck Johnson ( a very personable gentleman) made the transaction painless and swift. Devyn Williams was very efficient and patient in reviewing the vehicle with me. This is my first Lexus and with all the amenities: complimentary car washes, loaner vehicles and the AAA version of emergency assistance, I'm sure it wont' be my last! More
