Brought 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Summit in on a Friday with an appointment to look at why I don't have air condtioning on driver's side but have it on passenger side. I had to wait o Summit in on a Friday with an appointment to look at why I don't have air condtioning on driver's side but have it on passenger side. I had to wait one week to get an appointment. They did not look at it till following Tuesday. The only reason i found out is because i had to drive from Englewood back to dealership to talk to my service writer because no one would answer the phone. Worst dealership i have ever been at. No one answers the phone. A phone service answers then takes a message or puts you on hold or transfer you through to service writer who never answers the phone. You never get to your service writer or even the service manager ti call you back. More

I am disappointed that it took 2 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I noticed Darren standing out side smoking a cigarette. It took him nearly 10 minutes and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I noticed Darren standing out side smoking a cigarette. It took him nearly 10 minutes to greet me and get me signed in. After waiting 60 minutes to check on progress I interrupted Darren as he was typing on his work station. His response wasn't rude but it also wasn't pleasant. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before my vehicle was finished and run through a wash. I watched the process and it took another 15 minutes for the paperwork to be delivered to Darren. After he received the paperwork and then keyed my invoice in it was able to get my keys. Darren saw me waiting the whole time and made a comment that he can only move so fast. This is the 3rd time I have been to the dealership and I can say with certainty that I have been dissappointed each time.I am in the market for a new vehicle and took a look at the Grand Wagoneer, a Lincoln Navigator and Yukon Denali. If I end up going with the Grand Wagoneer I will likely purchase it somewhere else. More
