Recently had to have a tire replaced, along with one of the service checks for a Forester under warranty. A shout out to Darian who listens and goes the extra distance when needed. I was worried about a slow leak in another tire and Darian straightaway found a piece of metal stuck in a tire tread. In general, everything about the dealer experience at this warranty stage is first-rate. It builds trust in a way that I, a senior, am not used to having for a dealership. More

Rene greeted me upon arrival and Dan was my advisor for this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the i this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the inspection. Fabian assisted me in arranging a loaner vehicle, explained the paperwork process, assisted me understanding the vehicle operation for the loaner vehicle and was patient with me as I am physically challenged. Dan was / has been my service advisor numerous times and goes out of his way to answer and accommodate my needs / requests. The dealership is always in a high state of cleanliness.
