Shaun gave me feedback on the actions he had taken to address a concern I had with the back-up camera. a very nice touch. More

The service department is top notch Brought my RX 350 in for a big service. Was explained everything that needed to happen in the service without being talked down to. Was provided a new loaner to use because the service would be a long one. My tire had blown out so Danny researched my road hazard protection on the tire and was able to save me almost $100 on it. He stayed in touch since my car would have to be kept overnight. I received a phone call and a text. He was very kind and courteous. I always get great service when I bring my car to Jim Hudson Lexus. More

Scheduled service I had an appointment to have my 15,000 mile service on my LS500. I arrived a little early and thought I might have to wait in the customer lounge but I had an appointment to have my 15,000 mile service on my LS500. I arrived a little early and thought I might have to wait in the customer lounge but Danny was available and got me right into his office and promptly had me all squared away and into my loaner within a very short time. He called later to give me an update on the expected completion time which was much appreciated. As usual I highly recommend Jim Hudson Lexus More
