Danny Chupeck , Service Consultant provided excellent customer service.He knew exactly what was wrong ,corrected the problem himself and explained what button needed to be engaged to prevent this. Because I could not stay for maintenance service on that day , he facilitated another appointment to accommodate my schedule as well as making himself available to assist with other service needs.. I was also very impressed with the overall level of communication while waiting on my vehicle which included real time texts and a video showing problems identified during inspection. More
