My service advisor was attentive to my needs and explained everything in detail. Also wherever possible he help me with the high cost because both of my vehicles was in for service. After getting bo explained everything in detail. Also wherever possible he help me with the high cost because both of my vehicles was in for service. After getting both cars back I noticed the 2015 Lexus was 1/2 inch lower on one side. My service advisor was more the willing to recheck vehicle and fix the problem 100%. I really appreciate all his efforts. More

I brought my Lexus in for a recall. I was greeted immediately upon entering the service dept and I was given a courtesy car to use while my vehicle was being repaired.
