The service was excellent! My concern is about the car! It is the 2nd brand new Lexus ES that has died in my front yard in 8 MONTHS!! Making me have less faith in the dependability of Lexus. This is my It is the 2nd brand new Lexus ES that has died in my front yard in 8 MONTHS!! Making me have less faith in the dependability of Lexus. This is my 5th Lexus and car #4 (E2020 ES300 Hybrid) died in the front yard and I couldn't trust it any more so it was traded after owning it for LESS THAN 2 MONTHS for the one I have now 2020 ES 350, which also died in my front yard this week and it is only 8 months old!! They said it needed a "software update." The alternator didn't register enough watts so if the software update doesn't work, I probably will leave Lexus. I am afraid I am loosing belief in Lexus dependability. I drive a lot and alone and when a car leaves me"on the side of the road", it is gone. So I am contemplating getting rid of this one. Hate to leave Lexus but is it dependable??? More

This is my first Lexus (NX300) and I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase this vehicle. One of my tires picked up a 1" screw and was losing air. Since I was very close to 5000 miles, I sched with my decision to purchase this vehicle. One of my tires picked up a 1" screw and was losing air. Since I was very close to 5000 miles, I scheduled my first service appointment to include the repair of the tire. Scheduling was super easy: I went online about 9:00pm Sunday night, got an appointment the next day at 10:30. Check-in was a breeze and my Service consultant met with me within 5 minutes of my arrival. Danil Weih. Danil was very professional Anand courteous. He answered my many questions about my car operation friendly and patiently. More
