I've always rated them a 5 before but the last two times I was there, the customer service was irritating. I don't appreciate being talked down to. I've sold cars and taught computer software so it's irrita I was there, the customer service was irritating. I don't appreciate being talked down to. I've sold cars and taught computer software so it's irritating when I explain what's happening the service rep keeps being so condescending, no matter what the problem or the outcome. I worked with some CS reps in dealership who did this, acting like the customer was doing them a favor showing up at the dealership AFTER buying a car. I put off complaining but now I can forget about it. More
