I couldn't have had a better car-buying experience than the one I had with Daniel. As a divorced woman who was used to a man taking care of all car-related business, I was nervous and intimidated about buy the one I had with Daniel. As a divorced woman who was used to a man taking care of all car-related business, I was nervous and intimidated about buying a new car on my own. But it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. Daniel was patient, kind, respectful, and easy going, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. He even came in on his day off to make sure that everything went smooth with the final steps of the purchase of my car. This is our 3rd vehicle (my first) either purchased or leased from Heritage Toyota. I am a lifelong GM guy who has moved to Toyota for not only the quality of the vehicles but more importantly, for the c leased from Heritage Toyota. Daniel Pasco assisted me in finding the right vehicle to replace my vehicle that was totaled in the flood on 7-11-23. Christine Donahue put together the deal that worked best for us and I never felt any sales type of pressure from anyone at Heritage. Let us not forget to mention Rob Ploof.
