The staff were all super nice to deal with. I consistently felt like I was in good hands. My only disappointment was that my vehicle needed a software update and had a manufacturing defect - bo I consistently felt like I was in good hands. This caused inconvenience and the need to come back a couple times (over an hour away). I would have been happier if the dealer checked for such things before delivering the vehicle - really surprised they did not. More
