This dealer charged me $1500 for a bad battery. Then they misdiagnosed an oil leak as lifter cover. I made it 115 miles from dealer found oil oil was low and the oil dipstick tube was not attached. Left my car at Gettel over weekend awaiting parts. Rented a car to get home to Clearwater. Returned 3 days later to retrieve my car. I have taken my car to dealers it's entire life. This has damaged my faith in this company. I have formally complained to the Brickell Motors, the Chrysler Group LLC Customer Center, the Florida Highway Safety & Motor vehicles and the South Florida BBB in West Palm Beach. More
