Koons service department keeps you there at Koons for a long period of time anywhere between three and five hours. Koons does not make you aware that they have transportation to take you to the mall. If you patronize Koons as I have, please eat breakfast, take your lunch and a book because you will be there for several hours. Donna S

Hello, I'm not sure if you wrote this review after we had spoken or not - but as we discussed, I did verify via our camera system that the tires were in fact rotated. I watched it happen personally. I also personally looked for leaks and found no signs of leaks. This was also done at no charge.
