Horrible Service The service department told me my van had a recall so I brought it in to them. It turns out my van didn't qualify for the recall. So they called me up and said my van was done and I owed $104.00 for a diagnostic charge. Totally dishonest. They didn't even bother to offer to fix the problem I was having with the van. All they did was shut off the check engine light and to me to bring it back in if it came on again. Had they had any customer service skills what so ever they would have explained why my van wasn't part of the recall and offered to go ahead and fix the problem at their normal service charge, not charge me $104.00 for nothing. More

Great place for getting a car and car detailing They go about a whole two liter of soda out of my carpets and the cat hair too. It looks like when I picked it up and drove it off of their lot :) onl They go about a whole two liter of soda out of my carpets and the cat hair too. Service I've done business with Brett for many years and he has always done an excellent job for me. I'll miss him when he goes to the other side of the house I've done business with Brett for many years and he has always done an excellent job for me. I'll miss him when he goes to the other side of the house! I recently had service done on my 2003 Avalon that has over 210,000 miles on it , as there were several items that needed addressed. After the work was completed in a timely fashion I came to pick up the car,which I did. As I looked over the bill it seemed that it was considerably higher than anticipated, but I payed it and drove on my way. However, when I got home I reviewed some estimates that I had received a few days earlier and noticed that one item seemed to be way out of line. Therefore , I returned to the service department and talked with Dan Ginter and he meticulously checked each item carefully and discovered that I had been overcharged, inadvertently I might add, for that one item. The overcharge was quickly resolved. I very much appreciated the professional and courteous way Dan took care of my problem. Thanks, Brett and Dan for giving excellent service. Also Merry Chritmas and Happy New Year!!!! ?? More
