The friendliness of all the staff members was mind blowing...they were truly and genuinely friendly. I worked closely with Lindsey, our sales associate. She was attentive, thoughtful, and energetic. She listened to what I was looking for and provided me with a great selection of vehicles that would meet my need. She knew her way inside and out of the vehicles. She impressed me with her depth and breath of knowledge of the Chevy brand. There was no pressure what so ever, and I felt in control and at ease the entire time. Dan Ariel, the manager, was accommodating and provided me with one of the best deals I've ever made on a vehicle. I was not only sold on the car, but on the service and how the Pine Belt family made me feel like one of them. I noticed the same type of behavior by other sales staff working with other customers. I also noticed how clean and well lit the dealer was. This was our second time dealing with Kevin and i must say it was a pleasure once again! I was looking for a SUV and I had gone to other dealerships, I had a bad experience with one I thought I had a deal on a Jeep was told that I did, They contacted my insurance so we could insure the dealerships, I had a bad experience with one I thought I had a deal on a Jeep was told that I did, They contacted my insurance so we could insure the Jeep I took it home the same night but it was a very long process and I told the salesman that I had to get up early for work and he just kept saying just a few more minutes, I finally did take the Jeep home had it for a few days and was told that we did not have a deal and had to bring it back get my car back that i traded in and call my insurance company all over. I got a call from pine belt so i gave it a try, Carter was my salesman and I told him of the experience that I had and he re-assured me that that would not happen again. Well he worked very had my situation was not the best and instead of getting a used car I was told that I could get a brand NEW Malibu. This was by far the greatest news that I have had, and I am very Happy with my NEW car. Carter was a GREAT help in getting me in a car and everything that he had told me happened. I would recommend Carter to all my friends and Family. Thank You Carter and Pinebelt Chevy for all your consideration and help. More
