Salesman was great, car is great, but once you sign your papers forget about it. Forget about you. My wife and i's first buying experience was bad, the second was better, at first. Our first time they rush papers forget about it. Forget about you. My wife and i's first buying experience was bad, the second was better, at first. Our first time they rushed us around, limited our choices, and pushed us into a car that looked and seemed great but very shortly started having issues, the very next day in fact. The ceiling light fell out, and our touch screen went out leaving us unable to control EVERYTHING. We immediately returned only to be told that it had nothing to do with our warranty and that it was our fault and our responsibility. The second time our salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything in much better detail to us, helping us instead of preying on us. We got to look at various cars to find one for us and everything went smooth but when we left we were promised the car would have a full gas tank. We didn't give it much thought but once my wife and I got about halfway home we realized that the car was nearly empty and we had to stop and fill up after dropping almost all we had on a down payment. It would seem very simple to just come back get gassed up real quick but when I did return to pick up our plates and ask them about it you would think I asked for a another car for free, I had to talk to three people and wait 10 minutes only to be told no but instead given some gift card to their accessory shop. Even when I tried to use that they laughed at me and acted as if I was just trying to get stuff for free, then after all that it was only good if you'd bought a Nissan, (we bought a Kia). im not sure if we'll be back a third time. More
