I am an out of state purchaser. I have not been able to acquire a title to my car because the third-party title vendor you use did not send the tax check to the correct payee. I was not informed of the original delivery and only found that the paperwork had been delivered by responding to the last survey you sent. I was told I would be informed when the correct check was to be delivered but have not heard anything in several days. I have no title to my car and do not think this issue has been handled professionally. I have repurchased several cars from the previous dealer and was very happy with the service., but not so much from your dealership. More
