The sales experience is always as good as can be with a dealership. The guys always take great care of me, the price is always the fight. The detailing part is sub par. The outside was not perfectly clean and the inside had dirt and stuff on it as when I test drove it. This is the only thing that needs to be taken care of. More

First off, pricing transparency is laughable. Expect to be hit with a $900+ fee for a fabric protection in your vehichle. Since they 'assure' me, that it has already been applied when the car arrives at the dealership, they won't take the fee off. Second, after initial discussions with the finance team, we were given a range on the interest rate would could expect. We were told he was 'confident' it wouldn't end up higher than that. Of course it did. Third- and most importantly, their pre-certification can't be relied on. We purchased a 2021 Kia Forte there, that they pre-certified. Within days of having the car, we began having problems with it. It has now been rougly 6 weeks and the car has been in the shop more than it has been available to drive. More
