Peter, Damir and Bruce were excellent throughout our purchasing experience. It is clear he is an expert in the Volvo brand, and his enthusiasm for the vehicles really shows. The night of our purchase, he even personally cleaned a smudge off of the windshield when we weren’t sure if it may have been a scratch (which it wasn’t). Before making our final decision on a vehicle, we had emailed back and forth with Bruce, and he was always very responsive and helpful. At the dealership, he made a point to introduce himself, thank us for choosing their dealership, and chat with us - we certainly appreciated the personal touch and check-in. When it was time to move on to our final signing, Damir was thorough in getting us through the paperwork, explaining each step of the process, and laying out options for additional packages without being pushy in the slightest. At no point did we feel pressure from anyone to make a deal that would not best suit our needs, and they made us feel completely comfortable and very excited to join the Volvo family. I would give a 6 out of 5 stars to each of them, and I will highly recommend Volvo of Silver Spring to my friends and family in the future. I have had previous experiences with other Volvo dealerships in Maryland, and this was outstanding.
