I have purchased many cars over the years from many dealerships but I feel the need to write this review because of the outstanding customer service and overall experience my wife and I had here at Her dealerships but I feel the need to write this review because of the outstanding customer service and overall experience my wife and I had here at Heritage Honda of Parkville. Dallas was our salesman and he was great. My wife arrived first and he welcomed her and got the process started by getting her car appraised. He listened to what she wanted and didn't try to push anything extra. When I arrived he got me up to speed on where we were in the process so far and then proceeded to listen to what we were looking for exactly. I must emphasize again that Dallas listened to what we wanted. He took everything in that I told him and he got us a car that matched my exact needs from color to price and everything in between. Dallas also did a wonderful job of talking and listening to both me and my wife. He never ignored either of us and payed attention to us both. It was quite refreshing to have a sales person that listens to the customer needs instead of pushing what they think the customer should get. Dallas is by far the best sales consultant I have ever had when purchasing a car and I want to thank him for all his help, he should consider being a trainer. I also need to compliment Michael in the Finance department. What a refreshing character. After a long day of work and then a long evening looking at cars to end the day with Michael was great. In my experience the Finance people are usually pretty dry and matter of fact when it comes to presenting the numbers and signing all the documents. Michael really livened up the end of a long day and made all the paperwork stuff kind of fun and entertaining. Thank you to Michael for staying late and helping the keep us entertained while also being very professional and getting all the paperwork completed. For anyone looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend Dallas as your sales guy and then ask if Michael can do your paperwork. You won't be disappointed. More
