Above and Beyond expected! Recently trade for a used truck at Lithia Ford, unknown to the dealership or myself the vehicle had multiple problems. After only driving the truck only 150 miles the motor went completely down. Even though the truck was bought on an as is where is basis Lithia Ford stood behind their product . When it became apparent that it was going to be cost prohibitive to fix the vehicle they got me into a nicer vehicle with no additional charge to me. I've never been treated so well by and entire dealership. More
