Great Experience, Great Service I found a used car via the MB website and it showed up in the inventory of MB of Princeton. Everything went very smooth from there. I got contacted, I found a used car via the MB website and it showed up in the inventory of MB of Princeton. Everything went very smooth from there. I got contacted, I had some additional questions, they forwarded me report about all services and known issues of the past and after a phone call we set up a test drive. My sales agent Dale was very helpful and knowledgeable and the test drive was just awesome (This is my first ever MB so it was special for me) The price negotiations were painless and Dale was even lower with his best offer than what I had in mind for my budget. He also added some extras / accessories to round off the deal. Once the contract was signed and the balanced paid the real impressive service began. They introduced me to Robert, a dedicated dispatch agent. He was amazing. He went into every detail about the functions of the car, how to set up everything and made me within a short period of time feel like I always belonged in that car. I never expected or experienced anything like that. Buying a MB alone is great experience but dealing with the competent, professional and devoted friendly staff at MB of Princeton made that great experience even better. More
