This 7 year 100,000 miles program will not increase your payments, finance guy said. Wow, this sounded great, until I got home and read the paper work in detail. This program, they never called it MBI, is really important with all the high tech on these cars. This program costs me almost $5,000. Finance guy also sold me "battery insurance" as well, at no additional costs then I am already paying. What a scam this was. I went back next day, talked to finance guy and he cancelled the MBI (call it what it is) but my payments stayed the same but amount financed will be reduced. I could not cancel the "battery insurance" at a cost off $500. to me, again a scam. Some shady stuff going on at Alpine Buick, GMC! More

Very happy with DJ, dealership service and management not very much. They kept informing DJ that the truck would be ready every time we came to pick up the truck it wasn't ready. When you spend $92,000 on a business vehicle you would expect a little better care of the customer. I told DJ if he wanted to have the survey at 100% then the managers would have to make things right and that didn't happen. So, now we have a dent in the right fender from the date of delivery and the TPMS warning keeps going off I am not taking this vehicle back to Alpine for anything. This was the first time with this dealership and will be my last. Good luck DJ you did a good job. More
