It was great working with Dylan. ..he's a nice person, accommodating, always putting his best foot forward but not being pushy. I wish him a lot of luck with future sales. As for the dealership as a whole I felt at times like I was being handled and because the finance department could not be bothered with adding my mailing address to the paperwork (this was not my first car purchase people always want to know the right place to mail stuff they want you to get and there was a place for the physical and the mailing on the contract. Because this was not done I had to spend time chasing down the DMV and the bank to get this information in. I know I'm not the only customer buying a car and I wasn't that day but I feel they drag the process out. More

The dealership is undergoing renovations apparently and it’s kind of a mess with new and used sales all in one small showroom. Dylan was great, I wish I was told and should have asked a few things, like they only had one key. An extra cost me hundreds $$ that I would have tried to negotiate off the price. The finance guy was ok, Rohan talked us into an extended warranty which I was ok with since newer cars have so many things unrepairable by the average person, but when we were signing the paperwork it went from a seven year warranty down to six. The finance guy claimed he made a mistake knowing that 72 months wasn’t seven years. A finance guy that isn’t good with numbers?? Bottom line, just like any used car purchase make sure you ask a lot of questions and get it all in writing before you sign it all. I would definitely deal with Dylan again but I’d make sure I was better prepared More
